Annual deductible
You pay one deductible per year, regardless of how many claims you submit throughout the year. If you have no claims that year, you will not pay any deductible.
Reimbursement
The Personal Pet Insurance Program will cover 80% of pet care costs, less your annual deductible. This reimbursement applies for all pet insurance coverage plans.
