Steps to replace a vehicle on your auto insurance policy:
- Log in to your account.
- Select the Vehicle section.
- Locate the vehicle you want to replace and select Edit.
- Choose Replace this vehicle, then select Start.
If you’re insured with The Personal, you can add a vehicle to your group auto insurance policy in your Online Services account. It’s a quick and easy way to keep your insurance up to date.

- Select the Vehicle section.
- Choose Add a vehicle.
- Type in the new information and save your changes.

Steps to add a driver to your auto insurance policy:
- Log in to your account.
- Select the Vehicle section.
- Choose Add a driver.
- Type in the new information and save your changes.
You can easily change the address on your group auto insurance policy in your Online Services account. At the same time, you can update the address on your group home insurance policy.
Steps to change the address on your insurance policy:
- Log in to your account.
- In the menu, select Profile.
- In the Address section, select Change my address.
- Type in the requested information and save your changes.
